Three steps to your event
Preparation
Choose your activity type, event or challenge. Our team can provide suggestions which may appeal to you.
Planning
Book your date with a member of the team. From here you can organise additional amenities: food, sleep and travel.
Policies
We make sure you are fully compliant with health and safety legislation and that adequate Mountain Leader support is in place.
From first idea to finish line
You may want to organise your own charity event to raise awareness and funds for something close to your heart, or something that has affected you.
We offer a full support and planning package from your first idea to completion. Organising these walks can be quite a task, especially if it’s a sensitive issue for you. Let us take care of the planning and logistics so your walk goes smoothly and raises as much awareness and as many funds as possible.
We also offer training walks before the event. They aren’t compulsory, but are advisable for those with little or no experience, to help our walkers complete their goals.

Examples of charity walks we organise
Night walks
Late night walks designed to test bravery (especially during the spooky autumn season!).
Sunrise & sunset walks
Watch the sun creep over the caves, mountain tops and rocks of the valley mountains.
Summit walks
Reach high peaks, often as a challenge for fastest time or highest altitude.
Moon & star walks
Grab your telescopes and look at the stars, learning about astronomy whilst walking out on clear nights.
Endurance walks
Set a specific longer distance and challenge yourself to reach your goal.
Multi-distance walks
Count miles between groups to gain the most mileage.
Let’s plan your challenge
Tell us about your cause, your group and your ideal date.
